USA Hockey Membership Required for all PLAYERS

Each Player must first register with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to sign up for the 2026-2027 Season.

**When you register your player with USA Hockey, click that they are playing in the State of Kansas (Midwest Amateur Hockey Association), no matter if you live in Missouri.

Step 1: CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.

Step 2: Return to this registration HERE and proceed. Later in this registration session, you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

TOPEKA JUNIOR SCARECROWS ANNOUNCE INAUGURAL YOUTH HOCKEY COACHING STAFF

TOPEKA, Kansas — The Topeka Junior Scarecrows are proud to announce the coaching staff that will lead the organization's first official youth hockey teams during the 2026-2027 season.

Following the successful launch of the Learn to Play Hockey program and the formation of house league teams, the Junior Scarecrows continue to build a sustainable pathway for youth hockey in Topeka.

The inaugural coaching staff combines decades of coaching experience, competitive playing backgrounds, and a passion for developing young athletes.

The staff includes:

• Jason Simonsen — Director of Coaching
• Riley Biel — Head Youth Coach
• Noah Schreck — Head Youth Coach
• Luke Artzer — Head Youth Coach

"Our goal is simple—to create an environment where every player can grow, compete, have fun, and develop a lifelong love of hockey."
